There are few things in life that are as significant as the relationship you have with your partner

But how much thought do you put into nurturing this important relationship, so it continues to flourish over the long-term?

I empower couples and individuals with the insights and skills to create relationships which enrich their lives.

I take a holistic approach, exploring their issues in the context of their whole lives. After all, relationships do not exist in a vacuum.

My style is tailored to the needs and desires of each individual or couple, and is respectful of their unique preferences.

I apply evidence-based ideas and practices, particularly from positive psychology, a field that explores how people can thrive and flourish in their lives.

My approach is based on a comprehensive Love Crafting Framework that considers the broader influences on a relationship, the specific goals that each couple has for their relationship, and the tools and approaches they can use to achieve these goals.
